We offer a 100% online course for students pursuing their KY Pre-License certificate. Students who choose this option will work on their course at their own pace.

OHIO ONLINE PRE-LICENSE FEE: $997.50 & up

Ohio

We provide access to a variety of online packages through Davis College for students pursuing their Ohio Pre-License certificate. Students can choose the basic 120 Hour package to obtain the necessary education or one of the value-added packages that offer such features as exam prep and business building courses.

CE, PLE, & Core

Our courses enlighten and encourage real estate agents to do all they can.

Ce/ple: fREE | CORE: $40

What You Get:

Choose from a variety of different course subjects including Death, Divorce, & Taxes, Legal Bootcamp, and many more. Most subjects count for IN or KY Law.

Core

The Kentucky Core Course is a six-hour continuing education course covering federal, state and common laws relating to real estate and is required of every active Kentucky licensee once every four years. Taking six hours of law, regular continuing education classes, or a pre-license course will not substitute for this requirement.

*CE Courses are free to HomeServices of America agents and $15 for Non-HomeServices of America agents. Core Classes are $40 for ALL AGENTS.

Two distinct question banks in one convenient package. You can focus your preparation for the Kentucky Real Estate License exam specifically on the national and state portions.
