Meet Our Dedicated Team
Tom Huber
INSTRUCTOR
Tom Huber has worked in the real estate business for over 40 years being involved both in sales and teaching real estate classes for over 20 years. Tom also serves as HSREA’s online instructor for its Kentucky online program and is a certified online distance education instructor.
Heather Baber
ADMINISTRATOR
After a successful 18-year career in public relations, predominantly within nonprofit and higher education sectors, Heather made a bold career transition in 2017 to follow a long-standing passion for real estate. Her enthusiasm for the industry, leadership, and genuine interest in assisting others lead her to her new role as administrator of HomeServices Real Estate Academy (HSREA).
At HSREA, Heather channels her experience and passion into overseeing the education individuals receive. Watching the students thrive each day and overcome challenging materials is what is most rewarding.
Through HSREA, Heather and the HSREA staff are diligent in supporting and encouraging those who enroll. It’s pure joy to witness former students successfully begin their real estate career and fulfill their dreams after graduating…all from a decision that began in the classroom.
Bill Miracle
INSTRUCTOR
Bill Miracle has worked as a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky for over 40 years. Mr. Miracle has owned and operated his own real estate company for over 25 years. He has taught Kentucky pre-license courses for 20 years. He has also previously served as the mayor of Stanford, Kentucky.
