Meet Our Dedicated Team

Donna Miller

INSTRUCTOR

Donna Miller has been a licensed real estate agent for almost 50 years. She has been teaching real estate courses for over 40 years and has taught both pre-license and continuing education courses. Ms. Miller was a member of the original Kentucky Core Course design committee and has assisted in many revisions of the Kentucky Core Course. She has created and written numerous pre-license classes and has taught many of the agents working in the State of Kentucky today.

Tom Huber

INSTRUCTOR

Tom Huber has worked in the real estate business for over 40 years being involved both in sales and teaching real estate classes for over 20 years. Tom also serves as HSREA’s online instructor for its Kentucky online program and is a certified online distance education instructor.

Rhonda Richardson

ADMINISTRATOR

Rhonda Richardson is a licensed attorney with a background in real estate law and paralegal education. She is licensed in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. As a former general counsel of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission, the agency that licenses real estate agents, she helped draft real estate license laws, provided advice and counsel to the commission and instituted legal proceedings against those licensed and unlicensed persons violating real estate brokerage laws.

Bill Miracle

INSTRUCTOR

Bill Miracle has worked as a licensed real estate agent in Kentucky for over 40 years. Mr. Miracle has owned and operated his own real estate company for over 25 years. He has taught Kentucky pre-license courses for 20 years. He has also previously served as the mayor of Stanford, Kentucky.
